Magnus needs a break from chess. He plays all kinds of tournaments and all time formats. No time to rest, study and regain focus. But without Magnus at a tournament, there is little public interest. . Where is the so called 'World champion'? . Magnus has to do it all himself and he is tired and bored with chess at the moment. . Everyone wants to beat the REAL champion. . Time for Ding to give something back and play the part of a real world champion.

Magnus in post match interview: as soon as I saw that my opponent was breathing while playing, I lost all ability to concentrate.
Magnus: I voiced my concerns to the arbiter about Murali's ultra white teeth… after that I couldn't concentrate.
